A case from my BMJ elective course was added on biohack.in and discussion on that case was copied from an online forum (tabula rassa in this case) and presented in google docs which have explore feature to help Artificial Intelligence for research and then on this whole info facebook comments were enabled to let other discuss and solve challenges and also learn from available data.
