Since 6 months i am having irregular fever and weakness, and since last 20-25 days i was having more fever irregularly, and when taking self medication i was fine. Since 10 days i started feeling nausea, vomiting, palpitation, blackout and felt like falling down. I also felt headache in back of head, and neck.

4 days ago, i had been feeling nausea vomitting, abdominal swelling, and palpitation, and so had to visit hospital and get admitted.

Now i am unable to sleep peacefully since 3 days, sleep breaks every time in night and also feel palpitation in night. Still feel vomiting after taking any food.

She have no history of Diabetes, hypertension, and is conscious, alert, no edema, no pallor, no nodular swellings on thyroid.
