I was having abdominal pain since 6 days. my abdomen swelled up, and gave pricking pain. I had 4 years ago surgery for appendix .

- No vomitting
- No fever
- no peptic ulcer
- appendectomy 4 years ago
- no history of pneumonia and TB
- have 3 children - 2 boy 1 girl
- last child birth was 6 years ago
- irregular Menstural cycle
- Ascitis and subacute intestinal obstruction
- on peritoneal tap blood mixed ascitic fluid (frank blood)
- passing stool multiple times 6-8
- double band ileostomy surgery done for resection of gangrenous segment of 3 feet
- gangrene of bowel following band obstruction
